*Job Summary:*
As a CSR at PSK Auto Repair, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and walk-ins. You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and addressing their concerns
- Scheduling appointments and managing workflow
- Communicating repair estimates and updates to customers
- Handling customer payments and processing transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with technician to ensure timely and efficient service
*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (auto repair industry experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with software applications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
